• Generation details: Two built-in renders completed, but the required post-RUN_START ig_*.png search returned no result because the tool did not persist either render under that filename pattern. The latest render was recovered from the current session transcript with codex_extract_images.py, copied to the dated path, and verified as a genuine 1024 × 1536 RGB PNG (3,094,572 bytes). Gemini fallback was not used.
• Issue triggering recovery: find ~/.codex/generated_images -type f -name 'ig_*.png' -newermt @1784727007 ... returned no path after both built-in attempts (Codex issue #28881 workflow).
• Commit/push result: Initial artifact commit 39b760db pushed successfully to origin/mike_desktop before email delivery. Metadata delivery-result update was subsequently committed and pushed on the same branch.
• AgentMail result: Attachment sent successfully to mikeschecht@gmail.com.
