• Generation: Two built-in gpt-image renders were created after RUN_START epoch 1787059806. The required freshness query returned no ig_*.png path after either render because the built-in tool did not persist either render under that filename pattern.
• Recovery: Recovered the newest render from the current Codex session with python3 "/workspace/AI-Automation-Library/script/categories/shared/codex_extract_images.py" "/home/ubuntu/.codex/sessions/2026/08/18/rollout-2026-08-18T13-30-08-01a01510-a764-71c2-9019-97e9dd2a232d.jsonl" --out script/logs/daily-ai-news-collage/extracted_8-17-26; copied the last extracted PNG and verified it as a 1024×1536 RGB PNG of 3,359,009 bytes.
• Quality check: Passed: six square panels in a 3×2 layout, six correctly spelled embedded captions, correct bottom-right timestamp, no panel numbering, no recognizable real-person likeness, and detailed editorial-cartoon rendering.
• Email result: Attachment sent successfully after the artifact push.
